Such communications may seek to obtain personal information or request payment, and may misuse the Firm’s name, logo, or contact details. These communications are not authorised by the Firm.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• The Firm does not request confidential information or payments through unsolicited telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, or social media platforms.

• The Firm does not request or accept payments to personal bank accounts.

•  Official email communications from the Firm are issued solely from the domain @azmandavidson.com.my

• The Firm’s particulars may be verified via the Malaysian Bar directory and the Firm’s official website.

If you receive any communication that appears suspicious or inconsistent with the above, you are advised not to respond or make any payment. Please contact the Firm directly using the contact details available on its official website.
