Jeremy Tan Tsin Jet

Jeremy Tan Tsin Jet graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds in 2020. He called to the bar at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2021 and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya on 5^th December 2025. Between January 2022 and October 2024, Jeremy was employed as a paralegal in the construction and commercial litigation department of an International Law Practice in London. He joined Azman Davidson as an Associate on 4^th February 2026.

• Assisted lead counsel in an international arbitration and adjudications arising from large scale construction disputes.
• Assisted with preparation of cause papers for a construction related case before the Federal Court regarding finality of injunctions and undertakings as to damages.
• Advised institutional homeowners in the UK on compliance with building related obligations introduced by novel legislation.
• Assisted in the drafting and review of contracts involving IT consultancy services and a regasification terminal amongst others.
