Biographies
Ng Yee Fung
Yee Fung advises on non-contentious matters, with experience in Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance and Real Estate transactions. Her work includes property and business acquisitions, financing documentation, regulatory matters and transactions involving leases, subdivisions and sale and purchase agreements. She is dual-qualified in Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
Dominic Poh Jun Hon
Dominic Poh advises on conveyancing and commercial transactions. His experience spans project conveyancing and sub-sale conveyancing, where he manages developer projects end-to-end and handles a broad spectrum of property transactions involving residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. His work includes ensuring compliance with the National Land Code, Housing Development Act, Stamp Act and RPGT requirements, as well as facilitating seamless title transfers. Dominic also regularly drafts and reviews business contracts across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing and services, covering sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, leases and joint ventures in alignment with the Companies Act 2016.
Koh Yi Ting
Yi Ting practises in Construction Litigation, General Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication and Tax Litigation. Her experience includes construction disputes, CIPAA adjudication, insurance-related claims, judicial review applications and debt recovery actions. She has also appeared as counsel in court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings.
Malarvili Kunasegeran
Malarvili practices in Civil and Commercial Litigation, with a focus in Employment Law. She regularly advises on employment-related disputes and also handles a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including contractual disputes, strata disputes and construction-related disputes. She has experience appearing as counsel / junior counsel at all levels of court and adjudication proceedings.
Amitaesh Theva
Amitaesh practises in Dispute Resolution & Corporate and Commercial Litigation, with a focus in insolvency, corporate rescue mechanisms under the Companies Act 2016, cross border disputes and international commercial arbitration. He regularly advises clients on a range of commercial disputes and has appeared as counsel / junior counsel at all levels of the Malaysian judiciary.
