Lim Yu Huan

Yu Huan commenced his pupillage with Azman Davidson & Co in September 2024 and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya on 25^th July 2025. Yu Huan then joined the firm as a legal associate in August 2025.

• Assisted in the drafting of cause papers for various litigation suits concerning defamation, share valuation, contempt proceedings, equitable charge and others
• Assisted in the drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreement, solution agreement and service agreement
• Drafted the cause papers required for various court applications, including probate and administration, winding-up and bankruptcy as well as garnishee proceedings
• Assisted in corporate advisory matters and due diligence exercises in relation to Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) as well as Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”)
