Joel Low Seong Lin

Joel commenced his pupillage with Azman Davidson & Co. in February 2022 and was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in January 2023. Joel then joined the firm as a legal associate in February 2023.

• Involved in hearings and trials in broad areas of civil litigation, including tort, insurance and medical law
• Acted for accused to mitigate their sentences in criminal proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court
• Involved in providing legal advice and opinions to clients on various contentious and non-contentious matters
• Assisted in contentious construction arbitration
