Announcement of admission to Partnership

We are pleased to announce the admission of Sreether Sundaram as a Partner of the firm. Sreether graduated from the University of London with an Honours Degree in Law in 1990 before going on to obtain an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Hull in 1991. He was then called to the English Bar in 1992 and the Malaysian Bar in 1994 after reading at the chambers of Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah.

He has a varied experience in all insurance related matters including medical negligence, contractor’s all risk policies, performance bonds, fraud and arson. Sreether also has extensive experience dealing with geotechnical experts, forensics experts, handwriting experts, medical experts and adjusters. He has a keen interest in medical negligence cases and has given talks to doctors on legal developments pertinent to the medical fraternity. Besides these areas of practice, he also has experience in banking, employment, defamation and general litigation matters.

The firm extends its congratulations to Sreether and welcomes him to the Azman Davidson family.
