Zephyrus Chong Saow Ching

Zephyrus graduated with LLB (Hons) (London) and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya on 1st September 2023 and joined Azman Davidson & Co on 2nd September 2025.

• Advised and represented clients at all levels of the Malaysian courts, Arbitration, Mediation and Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act in primarily construction related disputes.
• Advised and represented a Russian development company in disputes concerning a mixed development.
• Advised and represented a Chinese construction company in disputes concerning a mixed development where the total project size is estimated to be in excess of RM350 million.
• Advised clients on a retainer basis on matters relating to construction contract management throughout course of project.
• Advised and represented client in quasi criminal matters pertaining to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994.
• Advised clients, facilitated and reached numerous settlement agreements.
