Peng Elaine

Elaine was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023. She joined Azman Davidson & Co as an Associate in September 2024.

• Represented insurance companies in litigation involving issues such as fraudulent insurance claims, marine policy coverage disputes, life policy coverage disputes, and recovery of sums paid via subrogation.
• Advised insurance companies on policy coverage including Contractors’ All Risk, Public Liability, Marine Cargo, Errors and Omissions and Commercial Management Liability.
• Represented a developer and main contractor of a rail project in litigation concerning property damage to pylon towers resulting from construction activities.
• Represented various construction companies in litigation concerning property damage to underground utilities resulting from construction activities.
• Represented a management corporation of a commercial building in litigation concerning property damage to the building’s structural integrity resulting from construction activities.
