LIM CZE MIEN

Cze Mien graduated from Monash University with a Degree in Law in 1998 and was called to the Malaysian Bar the following year. The first half of her career spanning the breadth of corporate and finance law culminatedin her being made Partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department of a Legal 500 firm. In the second half of her career, she specialised in construction law and has a wealth of experience in this field.  

Cze Mien’s career highlights in the construction field, amongst others, include finalising EPCC and Management Contracts; representing developers in finalising the construction contract for the engagement of contractors and achieving wins as lead solicitor for adjudication disputes.

With her background working with foreign clients and international law firms coupled with her track record of handling large scale transactions (restructuring of global assets, privatisation of listed company, railway infrastructure project), Cze Mien is well-adept at crafting and delivering commercial solutions that meet today’s client expectations for quality and responsiveness.

BRANDON SHEN SHI HAN

Brandon’s areas of practice are in Construction Litigation and Tax Litigation. Brandon has advised and acted for employers and contractors on construction issues in various arbitration matters, court matters and CIPAA adjudications. He has also advised and acted for taxpayers in various tax appeals in the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, High Court and Court of Appeal.

ARJUN CHANDRA KUMAR

Arjun’s areas of practice is in Industrial Relations & Employment Law and General Litigation. His experience includes representing companies in Court against claims filed by employees for reinstatement arising from dismissal, constructive dismissal and retrenchment.

Additionally, Arjun’s experience includes advisory work for local and multinational companies on various aspects of employment law, such as termination, restructuring and retrenchment exercises. He is also well versed in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks and policies for local and multinational companies. Arjun is also experienced in general litigation disputes including strata management disputes, tenancy disputes, land reference disputes, shareholders disputes, insider trading and defamation.

LIEW YIK KAI

Yik Kai’s main area of practice is in general civil litigation with experience across diverse legal domains including corporate and commercial law, contracts, torts, and consumer protection. Prior to joining the firm, Yik Kai was managing claims and potential claims under professional indemnity insurance schemes tailored for legal and medical professionals, safeguarding the interest of both the insured and insurers.

KOH YI TING

Yi Ting’s areas of practice encompass construction, tax litigation and general litigation. Yi Ting has acted for and advised employers and contractors on construction issues in various court proceedings, arbitrations, and adjudications. Yi Ting has experience in contentious construction arbitrations relating to multi-million disputes between the employer and main contractor as well as court proceedings in restraining demands on performance bond.

Besides construction related disputes, Yi Ting is also experienced in matters involving tortious claims, judicial review and debt recovery. She has appeared and assisted at all levels of Malaysian Courts.
