RCEP Agreement from the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) Perspective
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement has come into force in Malaysia on 18 March 2022. It paves the way to integrate Malaysia into the world’s largest free trade agreement (FTA).
