Malarvili Kunasegeran

Malarvili was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in September 2021. Malarvili joined the firm in September 2023.

• Played a role in assisting with a diverse range of contentious litigation cases, encompassing contractual disputes, debt recovery, probate proceedings, family law matters, strata disputes, and citizenship issues.
• Conducted hearings in the High Court and actively assisted in trials at all court levels.
• Assisted in advising corporate clients concerning breach of contract and employment matters and meticulously drafted the necessary legal documentation.
