Natalie was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2015 and joined Azman Davidson in April 2023.

• Advised companies and/or individuals on sale and purchase transactions relating to residential properties, commercial and development properties and land in Malaysia, loan documentations and financing of properties;
• Advised companies and/or individuals on public auction and/or private auction transactions;
• Advised the perfection of transfer and perfection of charge for the companies and/or individuals;
• Applied consent to transfer and/or charge, low cost consent, waiver for the Bumiputra consent, foreigner consent, extension of leasehold title to the Property at the relevant land offices; and
• Handled the banking and finance loan documentation for the sub-sale, project and auction matters.
