Lim Cze Mien

Lim Cze Mien has been in legal practice for over 20 years. The first half of her career spanning the breadth of corporate and finance law culminated in her being made Partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department of a Legal 500 firm. The second half of her career in construction law has led her to joining Azman Davidson & Co as a Partner on 1st August 2023.

• Achieving wins as lead solicitor for adjudication disputes between client (Chinese Main Contractor) and subcontractor of a power plant project involving over 70 claims totalling over RM230 million.
• Representing the Project Delivery Partner in finalising the Conditions of Contract for all WPC awards of the RM31 billion LRT3 project.
• Representing the Master Developer in finalising the EPCC and Management Contracts for the RM3 billion, 2,257 acres Kwasa Damansara development.
• Representing the developer in finalising the construction contract for the engagement of an international contractor for a RM1 billion residential development next to KLCC.
• Lead solicitor representing the financiers for large-scale securitisations – debt restructuring of over 700 pieces of land in Malaysia and overseas of a listed property developer, leverage financing of RM2 billion for the privatisation of a listed company.
