On 24th November 2021, our Rajendra Navaratnam (panelist) and Raja Kumar Raja Kandan (Master of Ceremonies) took part in this enjoyable and thought-provoking discussion by a panel comprising eminent arbitrators including Zahid Ebrahim and Nasir Khan MBE and moderated by Syed Mustafa Mahdi, FCIArb, FMIArb, FAMINZ and Ronald Pang. This talk was organized by The CIArb (East Asia Branch) for the CIArb (EAB) YMG as the first in a series of webinars aimed at guiding young practitioners on how to get into international arbitration.
